Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Creative Strategist (Digital Marketing) located in Colombo. The Junior Creative Strategist will manage day-to-day tasks involving creative direction, brand and campaign strategy development, and crafting innovative marketing solutions. Additional responsibilities include market research, concept development, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution in alignment with client objectives. Qualifications Experience in Creative Direction and Creative StrategyFamiliarity with Brand Strategy and the ability to refine brand messagingStrong Writing and Research skills to support concept development and marketing proposalsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to deliver innovative ideas in a fast-paced environmentBachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field is preferredKnowledge of the FMCG, food, or hospitality industries will be an advantage
