Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Junior Customer Relation professional, based in Jakarta. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and developing strategies for customer retention. The role requires proactive communication and a keen ability to build and maintain relationships with clients to meet their needs effectively and ensure a positive customer experience. Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Retention and maintaining Customer SatisfactionExcellent Communication and relationship-management capabilitiesProficiency in Customer Support and delivering high-quality Customer ServiceProblem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage customer feedback professionallyAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to dynamic challengesBachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or related field is preferredFluency in Bahasa Indonesia is essential; proficiency in English is a strong advantagePrevious experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
