What you will do:Manage day-to-day relationships with customers and follow up on ongoing tasksCoordinate meetings, track action items, and ensure things run smoothly — internally and externallyLead internal and customer-facing projects from kickoff to executionSupport planning and execution of events, conferences, and customer sessionsConduct research on prospects, partners, potential customers, and the cloud ecosystemGet hands-on exposure to enterprise tech, cloud, and startup operationsYou’ll work closely with the CEO and other core teams.
