The Junior Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support our marketing strategies. The role involves producing reports, developing insights, and providing data-driven recommendations. The ideal candidate will work closely with our team to ensure data accuracy and contribute to optimizing our marketing efforts.What You'll NeedWe're looking for enthusiastic individuals with a foundational understanding of data and a passion for statistics and problem-solving.Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent qualification/experience) in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Economics.SQL Proficiency: Basic to intermediate knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL) for querying and manipulating relational databases.Spreadsheet Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Data Visualisation: Familiarity with a Business Intelligence (BI) tool like Tableau or Power BI to create visual reports and dashboards.Soft Skills: Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and clear written and verbal communication skills.Remote Readiness: Proven ability to work effectively and independently in a remote setting, managing time and deadlines efficiently.Desirable (Bonus) SkillsExposure to a statistical programming language (Python or R) for data analysis.Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).Knowledge of statistical concepts (e.g., regression analysis).
