Join our dynamic Nordics Analytics team at Experian as a Junior Data Scientist and help shape the future of credit risk management.What You’ll DoAs a data scientist for our client projects and innovative solutions, you’ll work closely with analytics consultants and other project team members as well as our clients in the analytics projects, be a part of designing credit risk solutions from onboarding to collections, and drive value through data. You’ll work closely with banks, financial institutions, telcos and across various sectors in the Nordics, helping them unlock new opportunities through advanced analytics.Your Key Responsibilities Will Include Delivering analytics projects, mainly covering statistical and predictive modelling, credit risk related scorecard development and validations Working in innovative and complex initiatives using different statistical methods including machine learning, and within analytical sandbox environments. Collaborating with cross-functional and international teams to scale Experian’s analytics capabilities.QualificationsWhat we’re looking for:We’re seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic, eager-to-learn and a good team player data scientist that wants to develop in credit risk modelling area.We Think You’ll Bring New graduate or 1-2 years of experience in credit risk model development for banking, finance, or management consulting. Proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with PySpark and Databricks is a plus. Strong communication skills—able to translate complex analytics into clear business insights. Bachelor or Master’s degree in statistics, mathematics, or quantitative-related field.
