BNT is all about attitude, colour and confidence – and we need someone who’s not afraid to go big with bold ideas.✨ You’ll be:Dreaming up design concepts with serious colour and print vibesGetting hands-on with fabrics and fit – comfort and style are keyWorking closely with our passionate product team to make magic happenHelping us stay one step ahead of what our customer actually wantsSupporting technical documentation (yep, tech packs included!) to help bring every design to life with clarity and precision🔥 We’d love you to have:Experience in a Junior Designer or Design Assistant roleCAD and Photoshop skills that are on pointA tertiary qualification in lingerie or fashion designThe hustle to keep up in a fast-moving, ideas-flying-everywhere kind of environment💡 Why now?Let’s be real – our design team is already packed with talent, passion, and creative fire.
