We take pride in creating a home-like atmosphere for our guests in the most beautiful settings. Role Description This is a full-time role for a Junior Destination Coordinator at Manor House Concepts. The Junior Destination Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day coordination of guest experiences, making reservations, planning itineraries, and providing high-level guest services. The role involves direct communication with guests, ensuring their needs are met, and managing on-site logistics. The position is on-site and located in Nugegoda. Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to plan and manage guest itinerariesExperience in hospitality or customer service is a plusBachelor's degree/Advance Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferredProficiency in office software and reservation systems with at least one year experienceFluency in English; additional language skills are an advantageAbility to work on-site in Nugegoda and flexibility in working hours
