Job Description
The RoleAs a Junior Event Producer, you’ll work closely with our senior producers and creative team to deliver world-class experiences. You’ll be involved from the earliest stages of concept development all the way to show day, supporting planning, coordination, and on-site execution across a diverse portfolio of events.This is an exciting opportunity to learn the ropes of experiential production — from technical builds to storytelling-driven brand moments.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport lead producers in planning and executing live events, exhibitions, and activations.Coordinate with design, technical, and fabrication teams to ensure creative ideas are realised within budget and timeline.Prepare production decks, quotations, and timelines for internal and client presentations.Liaise with venues, suppliers, and partners for logistics, permits, and on-site requirements.Manage documentation such as purchase orders, production schedules, inventory lists, and supplier payments.Assist in on-site setup, rehearsals, and show calls — ensuring safety, timing, and precision.Help with post-event reporting, feedback, and asset archiving.Keep up with new experiential trends, event tech, and materials that inspire fresh ideas.RequirementsDiploma or Degree in Events Management, Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field.1–2 years of experience in events, exhibitions, or brand activations (internship experience welcomed).Strong organisational and communication skills; detail-oriented and proactive.Able to multitask under tight timelines and adapt quickly to changes.Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; experience with design or project tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop or Illustrator) is a plus.Comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends during event builds and show days.Team player with a positive, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for experiential events.
