As we scale our digital footprint, we’re looking for a smart, proactive, and performance-driven individual to join our dynamic digital marketing team.We are hiring a Junior Executive – Digital Marketing who will be primarily responsible for managing and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram).Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns for sales and brand growth.Monitor performance metrics, analyze results, and optimize campaigns to achieve targets.Assist in content planning and creative input for ad copies and visuals.Run remarketing, lookalike, and conversion-focused ad strategies.Support in Google Ads & TikTok Ads campaigns.Prepare performance reports and maintain proper documentation.Collaborate with the creative and operations team to ensure smooth campaign execution.Educational RequirementsMinimum Bachelor’s degree (Marketing or related field preferred).Skills Required: lead generation, facebook ads, Google Ads, Good communication skills in both English and Bangla, Meta MarketingExperience RequirementsAt least 1 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Food (Packaged),BeverageAdditional RequirementsExpertise in tracking and conversion measurement is a must. Knowledge of Google Ads and TikTok Ads will be considered a strong plus.Job LocationDhaka (Mohammadpur)
