Your role role will be delivery focussed working on a mix of retained and contingent projects. With avererage fees of 25k-30k and an abundance of roles to work, this is a highly lucrative industy to work in.ResponsibilitiesDesk based research and market mappingrun the delivery of senior roles from brief to closeIdentify sources and prospects via desk-based research and conversations with key influencers in the clients networkQualify the suitability of candidates through in-depth phone screening and informal referencingOwn the research process and delivery reporting weekly to key clientsProduce high quality mapping documents, status reports and candidate appraisalsAttend candidate and client meetingsCapture and share relevant search, sector and market related information, trends, data and knowledgeAssist with the preparation of compelling pitch documentation and business generation strategiesCollate market intelligence and grow the clients network across key marketsRequired SkillsHighly organised with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and remain calm under pressureDiligent time optimizer who can work quickly but with rigour and attention to detailResults focused with the drive to consistently deliver and exceed targets setExcellent communication & listening skills with the ability to distill complex information succinctlyDemonstrates complete discretion and integrityGood professional judgement and EQTenacious and resilient in the face of adversityLearning agility and an inquisitive mind in understanding new markets quicklyProactive, positive and solutions-focusedStrong relationship building skills with a respectful, collaborative and flexible styleDesire to build a career in Executive Search and Recruitment IndustryPay range and compensation packageBasic salary up to £40,000.
