Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesProven experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition. Knowledge of contemporary recruitment best practices and emerging trendsCollaborate cross-departmentally to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Expertise in candidate sourcing and attraction strategies.
Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)Strong proficiency in maintaining and analyzing recruitment matrices to track hiring efficiency, pipeline health, and overall TA performanceRequirementsFollowing a HND/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition. Proven track record of building and maintaining positive employee relations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Proficient in Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides)Proficient in recruitment software & application tracking systems (ATS). Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
