Job Title: Junior Export & Business Development Executive📍 Location: Rome, Italy (or nearby areas with easy access to Rome)🏢 Company: Goodwill Group – Mediterranean Food ExportAbout UsGoodwill Group is an international export company specialized in Mediterranean food products — including olives, peppers, and artichokes.With strong roots in Egypt and a sister company in Italy, we serve clients across Europe and the Middle East through our brands Diabello and Montellia.We’re now expanding our Italian operations and looking for a motivated and enthusiastic professional to join our growing international team.About the RoleAs a Junior Export & Business Development Executive, you’ll work closely with our CEO and Italian team to support and develop relationships with importers, distributors, and private-label clients.This role offers hands-on experience in international sales, client communication, and export management within a dynamic, multicultural environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in contacting and following up with importers and distributors across Europe.Support preparation of offers, quotations, and client presentations.Help manage export documentation, pricing sheets, and production schedules.Coordinate meetings, exhibitions, and client visits (both online and in person).Maintain and update client and product databases.Contribute to building long-term partnerships and exploring new market opportunities.Profile We’re Looking ForRecent graduate or student in Economics, Business, Languages, or International Relations.Fluent in Italian with good English (knowledge of Spanish or Arabic is a plus).Organized, proactive, and eager to learn.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Available for occasional meetings in Rome and business travel within Italy.We Offer60-day training & commission-based program with clear targets and guidance.Potential for permanent employment after the initial period.Mentorship from an experienced international export team.A collaborative environment connecting teams across Italy, Worldwide and Egypt.
