Our unique "Pick A Mood" collections transform everyday moods into captivating style statements, are capturing the attention of the next generation.The successful candidate will be a part of the Korea team, leading way towards redefining the boundaries of smart fashion, reporting directly to the Korea team. Junior will execute and lead various product marketing tasks from merchandising, influencer and celebrity marketing to publicity events that support expanding Cider’s positioning as a leading fashion brand in Korea's domestic retail landscape.Responsibilities:Merchandizing:Plan, select and develop merchandising list by product category based on market demand and insight to maximize business opportunity for local market based on global directionCurate, operate and meet demands of 3rd party channelsRegular basis sales analysis for internal review and forecast by season and competitor.Brand Marketing:Expand and amplify share-of-voice on key communications channels from Instagram, YouTube and web/app in conjunction with global team and third-party agencies in appropriate tone & manner that best represent brand’s DNAIdentify key fashion/retail trends that and assist in solidifying Cider's positioning and key trendsetter in the domestic market through community managementAssist in reading local momentums and trends to ensure marketing calendar and cadence engage with local audienceOther Ad-hoc projects & tasksResearch, ideation and execution for retail expansionQualifications:At least 2-5 years of working experience in the fashion/retail spacePreferred background as fashion brand, editor and MD from retail brands or mediaProficient in MS Office suite(Excel & PowerPoint) and basic understanding of retail dataLove & Passion for fashion, keen eye for trending aesthetics, and unafraid to speak out & throw out-of-the-box ideasBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media, Design, or a related field (Fashion/Marketing major preferred but not mandatory)Good communication skills. Basic Chinese is a plus
