Junior Finance Executive – BYD

We're looking for a motivated Junior Finance Executive to join our BYD team. In this role, you'll help customers find the best finance solutions for their new vehicle while supporting the dealership in achieving strong financial performance. You'll work closely with management, lenders, and sales staff to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure all financial transactions are handled accurately and compliantly.This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in automotive finance within a fast-growing electric vehicle brand.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Finance and Sales teams in maximising profit through finance and insurance (F&I) sales. Present and explain finance options such as Hire Purchase, PCP, and Leasing to customers. Advise customers on payment plans and add-on products (e.g. GAP and PPI). Liaise with banks and finance partners to secure competitive rates and timely payments. Review deal figures and support the completion of sales agreements. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and BYD brand policies. Track payments, invoices, and leasing agreements accurately. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, lenders, and fleet companies. Stay up to date with competitor finance offers and market trends. What We're Looking ForA strong interest in automotive finance or financial services. Excellent communication and customer service skills. High attention to detail and accuracy with numbers. Good teamwork and organisational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Knowledge of motor finance products (HP, PCP, Leasing).
