Job Description

IntroductionSupport the implementation of FP&A strategies and targets / KPIs as well as the management reports catalogue.Act as a strategic business partner to the Finance organisation and the supporting functions (e.g. Sales, Marketing and Supply), translating strategies into actionable plans to improve growth and profitability.Analyse end-to-end financial performance (including P&L and cashflow analysis) to recommend actionable insights and implement corrective actions to meet financial plans.Support the end-to-end planning and management reporting processes.Prepare plans, forecasts and management reports required by the Global FP&A Organisation and Market Retained TeamsIdentify and assess financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.Monitor compliance with corporate governance requirements and support external audits.Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.Your Role And ResponsibilitiesThe FP&A analyst is responsible for supporting the Regional FP&A Lead and their activities.
