Net2Source Inc. is seeking a Junior Financial Analyst to join our team.Position: Junior Financial AnalystLocation: Costa Rica, 100% remoteDuration: 6 months with potential extension.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or accounting (internships or entry-level experience accepted)Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, lookups) and PowerPointAdvanced English communication skills (verbal and written)What You’ll Do:Compile, analyze, and validate financial data to support sales commission reportingPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with accuracy and thoroughnessAssist in developing forecasts, reconciliations, and ad-hoc reports to support decision-makingCollaborate with Finance and Sales teams to ensure alignment in commission calculations and reporting.At Net2Source, we are committed to connecting top talent with industry leaders.
