Junior Financial Analyst

The Ford Agency is looking for a Junior Financial Analyst to join a collaborative team at a top DC law firm. This role will assist with financial reporting and analysis projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams to better understand headcount needs and create an annual budget. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate with financial analysis, who is looking to jumpstart their career with a terrific firm.Responsibilities Include:Assist with month-end processes to include headcount calculationsConduct analysis on recruiting, retention, and related trendsCollaborate with the team to establish salary and bonus review timelinesSupport the annual budget processMaintain budgeting and forecasting applications and stay up to date with budgeting softwareQualifications Include:Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field1+ years of finance or accounting experienceStrong finance internships will be consideredAdvanced Excel skills, i.e. pivot tables and v-lookups, advanced IF statements, and using complex formulas and other advanced featuresSuperb problem solving and analytical skillsAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and good judgementCandidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.The Ford Agency is a recruiting firm based in Washington, DC.
