Junior Financial Controller

ABOUT THE JOBWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Financial Controller to join our Group Controlling and Finance team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow within a structured and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will support the Head of Group Controlling and the Group Reporting and Consolidation department, having the opportunity to work closely with subsidiaries and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESConduct cost analysis and provide support to various business units in controlling activities (Analyze hourly industrial costs and develop profitability analysis, Monitoring inventories, SMI)Support in ad hoc activities (business case, special projects, etc. ...)Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts and business plansAssist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly Consolidated Group Reporting and periodic reports for management and internal stakeholdersCollaborate with subsidiaries for data collection and reconciliationsSupport the preparation of Consolidated Financial Statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards (OIC)Play a key role in supporting the financial monitoring and strategic planning processes of the CompanyBe responsible for analyzing financial data, with a direct impact the company’s ability to monitor performance, optimize costs, and improve operational efficiencyTake part in the monthly closing processAssist in the preparation of key financial reports and compliance checks where neededEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLSMaster degree in accounting, finance or any related fields1-2 years of experience in a similar roleExcellent knowledge of ExcelExcellent command of English (both written and spoken)Basic knowledge of ERP (SAP) and BI tools are considered a plusStrong analytical skills and attention to detailSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY nonePHYSICAL DEMANDWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
