You’ll collaborate closely with operational teams to drive economic performance, ensure compliance with financial processes, and contribute to regional initiatives across the Americas.ResponsibilitiesBusiness Partnering: Act as a strategic partner to operational teams, advising and supporting them in managing their economic performance through tailored performance indicators.Financial Analysis & Reporting: Prepare management reports, financial analyses, and dashboards to support informed decision-making and performance tracking.Forecasting & Budgeting: Lead and participate in forecasting and budget processes to ensure accurate financial projections aligned with business goals.Closing Process: Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Compliance & Financial Processes: Ensure adherence to management rules and proper functioning of financial processes within the company—both in France and international subsidiaries.Purchasing Support: Participate in the purchase process, ensuring alignment with financial guidelines and operational needs.Regional Scope: While the role is primarily focused on the Mexican subsidiary, it also includes a regional component covering the Americas.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree completed in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.Experience: At least 4 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or Controlling, ideally in multinational environments.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics and advanced Excel (data analysis, financial modeling, and reporting).
