Analyze key performance data, identify insights, and propose improvement strategies. Build keyword strategies, set bids, and manage budgets for maximum ROI. Deliver high-quality reports and performance analyses to internal teams and clients. Act as a trusted advisor for clients, guiding them toward better digital outcomes. Contribute to process improvements and share optimization best practices. What We’re Looking ForNative-level or fluent German (C1–C2) and strong English (B2+). Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Google Ads or similar platforms. Strong analytical mindset with a detail-oriented approach. Excellent communication, collaboration, and client service skills. EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residence card. Availability to relocate to Lisbon soon.
