Junior Graphic Designer

Employment Type: Full-TimeSalary Range: LKR 40,000 – 50,000 (with performance-based increments)Location: Colombo 08About the RoleWe are looking for a talented and passionate Graphic Designer with at least 1 years of experience to join our team. You will be responsible for developing engaging designs across digital and print platforms that align with our brand vision and client requirements.Key Responsibilities• Conceptualize and create high-quality graphics, layouts, and visual content for digital, social media, and print.• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to deliver innovative design solutions.• Ensure consistency of brand guidelines across all creatives.• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.Requirement• Minimum 1 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designing Intern / Graphic Designer.• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.• Experience in graphics/video editing is a plus.• Creative mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.• Ability to work both independently and within a team.
