This entry-level role is perfect for someone who enjoys turning ideas into clean, cohesive designs that bring marketing strategies to life.⸻What You’ll DoCreate Visual Content:Design social media graphics, email templates, presentation materials, and digital assets that align with each client’s brand.Collaborate with Content & Strategy Teams:Partner with our marketing coordinators and strategists to bring campaigns and concepts to life through visuals.Maintain Brand Consistency:Ensure all creative work reflects brand guidelines, tone, and messaging for NE PARADIGM and client accounts.Support Campaign Execution:Assist with designing monthly content batches and updating visual templates for multiple clients.Experiment & Learn:Stay curious about design trends, typography, and layout best practices to continue developing your creative voice.⸻Who You AreA creative problem-solver with an eye for clean, intentional design.Comfortable working in Canva and Wix (experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus but not required).Detail-oriented — you care about spacing, alignment, and visual flow.Collaborative — you enjoy working closely with others to bring a vision to life.Excited to learn and grow in a fast-paced, relationship-driven agency environment.⸻Preferred Skills & ToolsProficiency in CanvaProficiency in WixFamiliarity with HubSpotStrong understanding of layout, typography, and brand designBasic knowledge of social media formats and marketing principles⸻Why NE PARADIGMAt NE PARADIGM, we believe every strategy should strengthen relationships, nurture trust, and illuminate brands with clarity and purpose.You’ll join a creative team that values collaboration, growth, and doing work that makes a measurable impact.
