We value fresh thinking, clean execution, and people who love transforming concepts into impactful visuals.About the RoleWe’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who’s eager to learn, experiment, and grow. In this role, you’ll support our design and strategy teams across a wide range of digital and print projects, helping shape the visual direction of campaigns and brand identities.What You’ll DoDesign and produce digital assets, including social graphics, email visuals, web elements, and ads.Create print materials such as brochures, signage, packaging, and event collateral.Assist in developing visual concepts for campaigns, branding, and presentations.Prepare artwork files for production across print and digital, ensuring accuracy and consistency.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.Support photo/video shoots with mood boards, layout templates, or basic edits when needed.Collaborate with team members to translate project requirements into creative solutions.What We’re Looking For0–2 years of design experience.Proficiency in Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva and FigmaA portfolio showcasing creativity, layout skills, and attention to typography.Ability to manage deadlines and adapt across multiple formats and templates.Strong communication skills and openness to feedback.Solid understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, and production/file-prep standards.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Knowledge of AODA standards, prepress, and file packaging is an asset.Nice-to-HavesBasic motion graphics or video editing skills.Experience creating social media content.Familiarity with branding, marketing, or agency workflows.
