As a Junior GRC Analyst, you’ll gain hands-on experience working alongside seasoned industry experts and directly supporting real-world client projects. You’ll be exposed to various cybersecurity and privacy compliance topics and learn how to navigate global standards and regulations, including ISO, NIST, SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, Israeli Privacy Law, AI, and more.Whether transitioning into cybersecurity or looking to deepen your experience, this role offers a strong foundation and a clear path to becoming a data protection professional in a high-demand industry.Key Responsibilities·      Support risk assessments, internal audits, and compliance initiatives for client environments·      Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of cybersecurity controls and frameworks·      Help prepare documentation, reports, and recommendations related to security and compliance activities·      Participate in client meetings and help gather relevant information for assessments·      Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure continuous improvement in security posture·      Contribute to building templates, checklists, and repeatable project frameworks·      Stay updated on emerging regulations, standards, and industry best practicesRequired Qualifications·      1-2 years of experience in GRC, cybersecurity, or related fields·      Familiarity with ISO 27001, GRC frameworks, and risk management best practices·      Hands-on experience conducting audits or compliance assessments·      Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail·      Excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English (written and verbal)·      Demonstrated professional presence and a service-oriented attitude·      Ability to work well independently and as part of a teamPreferred Qualifications·      Relevant certifications (e.g., ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, CISA, CISM, CISSP)·      Attendance in cybersecurity courses and trainingBenefitsAlongside a competitive salary and full social benefits, we invest deeply in your professional growth.
