You’re not afraid to ask questions, challenge ideas, and bring fresh perspectives.Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (completed or nearly finished).Strong communicator — you enjoy connecting with people as much as analyzing numbers.Fluent in English; another European language is a plus.Excited to travel and experience new cultures (50% international travel).Detail-oriented, organized, and hands-on.Entrepreneurial mindset — proactive, adaptable, and fun to work with.
