Our team operates at the intersection of psychology, creativity, and analytics — building growth systems that actually convert.Role DescriptionTangent is looking for a Junior Growth Marketing Manager (Lifecycle & Monetization) to join on a contract basis. In this role, you’ll collaborate with our strategy team to plan, execute, and analyze lifecycle marketing campaigns that drive engagement, retention, and revenue for top consumer apps.You’ll help manage in-app and push notification campaigns, support paywall and pricing experiments, and contribute to CRM testing frameworks. You’ll also work closely with tools like RevenueCat, Superwall, and Adapty to track monetization performance, segment audiences, and test offers and pricing structures. This is an excellent opportunity to learn from industry experts and gain hands-on experience in consumer app growth and subscription monetization.Qualifications1–2 years of experience in growth, CRM, or lifecycle marketing (internships count)Experience working with consumer subscription apps is a strong plusFamiliarity with paywall platforms like Superwall, Adapty, or RevenueCatUnderstanding of user funnels, retention, churn, and conversion metricsStrong analytical mindset and ability to interpret data for actionable insightsComfortable working with CRM tools (Braze, Customer.io, etc.)Excellent communication and organizational skillsCuriosity, attention to detail, and a proactive attitudeBackground in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
