The environment is inclusive and dynamic, fostering idea-sharing and collaboration in pursuit of the mission to protect identities worldwide.Responsibilities:Test and validate scanner hardware across multiple models and operating systems to ensure consistent performance and compatibility.-Design and document hardware and software deployment packages, including changelogs for smooth delivery to customers.-Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to drivers, firmware, connectivity, scanning capabilities, and hardware-software integration.-Evaluate updates from hardware manufacturers, identifying bugs, regressions, and inconsistencies that may impact functionality.-Collaborate with manufacturer support teams and internal software/cloud teams to replicate issues and document findings.-Design and execute structured test plans, including edge cases and stress scenarios, to ensure robust hardware-software interaction.-Maintain detailed documentation of test results, configurations, anomalies, and recommendations.-Write and maintain both internal and customer-facing documentation on integration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.Required Skills:-Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze and debug complex hardware issues.-Knowledge of Windows OS interactions with USB and network devices.-Experience or strongly knowledgeable with Windows PowerShell and JavaScript.
