Your work at Kuehne+Nagel will create more happy moments than you can imagine.‎We are offering a Junior HR Business Partner role within our HR team reporting to the National HR Business Partner, to cover HR topics for warehouse employees and temporary workers.This is a fixed-term position for 24 months with the possibility of conversion to a permanent position.How you create impactThe HR Business Partner closely supports the management, the team managers, and the employees to deliver HR services in a proactive and solution-oriented manner through close monitoring, management, and innovation of general HR processes and communication, in alignment with the business strategy.Recruitment: Drive the recruitment process for non-office workers for the assigned departments from identification of staffing needs to on-boarding of new hires. Drive follow-up meeting with new recruited employees.Training and Talent Development: Identify training needs for assigned departments and deliver appropriate solutions. Support leaders in personal development of leadership and people management. Drive the talent review process for the assigned departments including development and succession planning.Performance Management: Drive the Performance Management process within assigned departments and address performance related issues.Compensation: Manage compensation for assigned sites including salary review, annual bonus and incentive programs in close cooperation with department heads.Labor Relations: Manage social relations and support delivery of work council topics.Employee Relations: Support conflict management processes when employee-to-employee or manager-to-employee conflict arises. Guide and mentor management on disciplinary and termination processes.Compliance, Policies & Procedures: Ensure compliance with labor law in all aspects of HR policies. Support consistent application of policies/ procedures and regulations related to HR issues.What we would like you to bringUniversity degree and relevant professional experience in Labor Law/ Human Resources;A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role;First experience in at least two of the following fields: recruitment, labor relations or employee relations;Solid knowledge of Luxemburg labor law;Very good communication and problem solving skills;Good written and verbal communication skills, inclusive knowledge of MS Office;Language skills: good knowledge of French and English is required.
