Some of the essentials for you to know are:Location: our offices in Zola Predosa (Bologna), Italy - (*free shuttle bus from Bologna city centre available for all employees)Reporting into: Senior HR Business Partner Commercial, Tech & Corporate FunctionsContract Type: PermanentWorkplace Type: HybridPotential Start Date: November/December 2025Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:Support the Senior HR Business Partner Commercial, Tech & Corporate Functions in managing the operational side of HR topics across the assigned business unitAdvising, coaching and providing first line support to line managers in the implementation of company policies and procedures and best practice to ensure effective and consistent management of staffProviding an advisory service to employees on all HR mattersProcessing and maintaining organization and associate updates in our internal tools and systemsSupport the Senior HR Business Partner Commercial, Tech & Corporate Functions in managing the processes within the employee life cycle such as onboarding, internal mobility, promotions, change of hours, salary increases or off-boardingSupporting the Senior HR Business Partner Commercial, Tech & Corporate Functions with the year-end process which includes advising managers on meritocracy and differentiation, performance evaluations, salary reviews and bonus planningSupporting the recruitment team in hiring processes across the assigned business unitContributing to the development and improvement of local HR processes, systems and proceduresAnalyzing Human Resources key metrics, utilizing data for process improvementsThe type of person that we are looking for:1 year of relevant experience in a Human Resources Generalist position (or equivalent) within a fast-paced, diversified environment, preferably in CRM units or digital industriesFlexibility and the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects and advice management on operational HR activitiesGood knowledge of Excel (pivot tables) and MS OfficeWorkday knowledge (nice to have), and CCNL Commercio (strong plus)Professional approach, discretion and ability to appropriately handle confidential informationStrong knowledge of English language (at least B2, both written and verbal)Ability to take personal accountability, show initiative and a problem-solving attitudeResults-orientation and time management skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailFrom the moment you join LuxExperience, we are committed to making your journey with us inspirational and evolutionary.
