Whether it’s a Friday-night feast, a post-gym poke bowl, or grabbing some groceries, our tech platform connects tens of millions of customers with hundreds of thousands of restaurant, grocery and convenience partners across the globe.About This RoleThe People Services Contact Centre is a critical team supporting employees and managers including the HR COEs and HRBPs while also ensuring focus on the legal and regulatory requirements for the countries and regions it supports. This is the first point of contact for People Services and will be responsible for establishing and preserving strong relationships with colleagues and managers, providing accurate and timely customer service, resolving HR transactions and administration, including complex issues, within agreed service levels.These are some of the key ingredients to the role:Be the Go-To Contact: You'll answer a lot of questions about pay, benefits, new-hire setup (onboarding), leaving the company (offboarding), and general HR policies (like maternity/paternity leave, flexible work, and absence).Solve Problems Quickly: When someone contacts you, you must gather all the necessary information right away to try and resolve the issue immediately without needing to pass it on.Educate and Guide: Teach employees how to use our HR tools and portals so they can find answers themselves next time, which will help reduce repeat questions.Provide Great Service: Make sure you meet agreed-upon service standards (Service Level Agreements) and provide complete, end-to-end support that keeps employees highly satisfied.Help out with key HR projects and initiatives as needed.Look for and suggest ways to make our team processes better so we can improve our performance and make the experience smoother for everyone using the service.What will you bring to the table?Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum of one year of experience in HR administrationStrong organisation skills, with a sharp focus on detailAbility to multi-task, deal with competing priorities and self-manage workloadsExperience of HR systems and case management processes is a plusExcellent verbal and written communication skills in Polish (fluent) and English (B2), any extra language is a plus.At JET, This Is On The MenuOur teams forge connections internally and work with some of the best-known brands on the planet, giving us truly international impact in a dynamic environment.Fun, fast-paced and supportive, the JET culture is about movement, growth and about celebrating every aspect of our JETers.
