Reporting directly to the Team Lead E&I and Hydraulic. This position is based in Gdansk, Poland.More Tasks And ResponsibilitiesDesign and modify offshore equipmentCreate and maintain technical documentationStay updated on engineering standards, regulations, and technologiesCommunicate project progress to stakeholdersWhat You’ll Need To SucceedKnowledge and understanding of inter discipline and design impact to other disciplines are essential in this position. As a person, you are self-driven, flexible, open minded, and strive to create and build trust with colleagues and clients.Ideally you haveUniversity degree (M.Sc. / B.Sc.) in Power Hydraulic EngineeringExperience in a similar position, maritime industry, as an additional assetInterdisciplinary understanding and engineering design principlesExperience in AutoCAD and E3 software will be considered a distinct advantageEnglish language - both verbal and written, technical understandingAnalytical, problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work independently and in teams with attention to detail and safetyCommitted to continuous improvementWhy MacGregor?Our people are behind every success.
