Typology is the first skincare brand launched by Good Brands, an ambitious project to build a new generation of digital first consumer brands. Founded in 2019 by serial entrepreneur Ning Li, Typology became the #1 selling skincare brand online in France and operates also in Germany, the USA and Japan.Location: Paris (11e arrondissement)Mission: As we continue to grow, we still have great challenges to meet in order to make the plurality and quality of our products known to as many people as possible in the US market. With this in mind, we are looking to expand our team by recruiting a Junior Influence Manager - US Market.ResponsibilitiesManaging Campaigns : Sending products, briefing, monitoring delivery, reportingCampaign Performance Analysis : Monitoring, analyzing, and comparing the success and performance of our campaigns and activations (quantitative and qualitative)Engaging with Opinion Leaders : Engaging and leading conversations with beauty experts, influencers, and bloggersCompetitive Analysis : Analyzing how our competitors are performingInfluence Marketing Best Practices : Continuously monitoring influence marketing best practicesCollaborative Sharing : Share your ideas, results with our international influence teamOutcomesScale up our paid influence collaborations for Typology in the United StatesIncrease the ROI and the success rate of our influence collaborationsIncrease brand awareness and strengthen brand image with relevant collaborationsBuild and strengthen relationships with key influencers and partnersDevelop creative communication campaigns to maximize brand awareness, brand love and revenuesSpecific SkillsAnalytics : knowledge of tracking, Web analytics and tools (CPM, ROI, audience measuring tools such as Google Analytics, ability to manage and keep track of a budget)Growth mindset : has proven experience in scaling paid operations for the company or clientsCommercial & relational : Ability to negotiate contracts but also create a deep connection with key contactsCreativity : ability to bring innovation to our influence campaigns with creative concepts and a solid knowledge of the US influencer marketing market and trendsProfil1 to 3 years of experience with at least 2 years in influence managementYou have already managed paid operations with influencers in companies where performance is at the center of the influence strategy (either for a brand or in agencies), with a focus on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.You must be fluent in English and having an experience on the American market is a big plusExcellent organizational, communication and analytical/reporting skillsInterest in the cosmetics or the beauty sectoDiversity is the engine of our innovation.
