This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with leading organizations in the financial sector, ensuring they meet and exceed compliance requirements while driving operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:Act as leader in the migration/implementation Projects between different investment compliance systems for different clientsEnsure the best solutions and recommendation compliance monitoring set-up in systemFirst point of contact for any on-site and off-site business and technical support request from all clients to ensure customer satisfaction and create opportunities to offer services in Investment complianceAs required provide new business/sales process supportSkill Requirements:Degree in Business Administration, Finance, information technology or a related field, or equivalent education is required.5+ years of relevant working experience in a bank, financial institution or consultancy on investment compliance or controlling topicsIntensive business and product knowledge on the following regulations – KAGB, AIFMD, EMIR, UCITIV, InvFG, KKV-FINMA, BVV2 as well as AnlV, CAA regulation for the insurance sectorComprehensive experiences in integrating and configuring the industry vended compliance monitoring systems such as Charles River, XENTIS, MIG21, Aladdin, Bloomberg AIM, Simcorp etc.Strong Project Management, system evaluation and requirement engineering in Investment compliance area.Efficient and precise working style and enable to work to challenge deadlines with excellent qualityDemonstrated project management skills including the ability to take initiative in a fast-paced work environment, work effectively under pressure, both independently or as a member of a team and customer oriented
