Junior Investments Analyst (Summer Internship)

We’re excited to share that due to the high level of interest in our Investments team, we are adding one additional Summer Internship opportunity within the Investments department.If you’re seeking a summer experience that goes beyond observation and offers real responsibility, exposure, and impact, we look forward to connecting with you.Reporting to the Manager, Investments, you will be responsible for duties including, but not limited to:Review third-party offering memorandums to prepare acquisition underwriting including the creation and analysis of financial modelsPrepare and analyze investment data for strategic reviewReview and summarize due diligence materials for acquisitions and dispositionsPrepare disposition proposals and sale packagesPrepare Investment Committee Memorandums for live transactionsPrepare financing packages for lenders and assist with the ongoing management of the financing databasePrepare and assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual internal valuations and returns analyses as required for disposition and refinancing activitiesCoordinate and prepare internal valuation and due diligence for appraisal & valuation cyclesPrepare and assist in the preparation of quarterly presentations for institutional partnershipsMaintain research & transaction databaseExperienceWorking toward their University degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or related fieldStrong organizational skills, including the ability to plan, prioritize, coordinate, and monitor a significant number of projects simultaneouslySets high standards for work quality, is self-directed, and committed to continuous improvement.Works effectively in a team environment and able to modify interpersonal style to work effectively
