With a team of approximately 170 talented professionals, we deliver essential services across Finance, Tax, Legal, Marketing, IT and Business Process Management—ensuring operational excellence and enabling innovation across Embla Medical worldwide.Your role As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Junior Invoicing Specialist to help us manage sales invoices.The Junior Invoicing Specialist contributes to issuing sales invoices, monitoring payment terms and making sure money is paid on time by our customers.This is a great opportunity for early-career professionals with a background in finance or accounting who are eager to develop expertise in the international invoicing world.Your tasksIssue and verify the sales invoices.Monitor payment terms and remind about overdue payments.Prepare reports and participate in internal and external audits.Participate in the month/quarter/year end closure activities.Contribute to the creation of process standards.Support different projects and maintain business relations with our international colleagues/clients.Who are you: Individuals with at least secondary education in a relevant field.Accounting knowledge.Good/communicative command of English (written and spoken) is required.You can easily play with MS Office (specifically Excel, Outlook and Teams).You are eager to learn new things and are willing to take on new challenges.You have an eye for details and accuracy is your 2nd name.You like to work with accounting documents.You have some experience (work or interim) at a similar position.What we offerAt Embla Medical, we believe in creating a supportive and inspiring work environment.
