Junior IT Operations Specialist

Main ResponsibilitiesManaging workplace and security tools;Do Service Desk tasks and provide license assignments to Nord Security people;Perform weekly, monthly, and quarterly audits of IT licenses;Purchase requested software;Troubleshoot SaaS tool issues;Do other exciting and essential tasks relative to license management;Prepare relevant internal communicationsCore RequirementsAt least 1 year of experience in a similar position or technical support role;Friendly and helpful personality with excellent communication skills;Strong organizational and problem-solving skills;Constant interest in up-to-date IT technologies and AI news;Strong knowledge of English;Experience using Jira Service Management, Google Sheets;Able to work on your own and take the initiative;Strong willingness to learn skills and grasp new conceptsTools You Will UseGoogle Workspace;Atlassian products such as Jira Service Desk, Jira Software, Confluence;Slack;Nord Security products and services such as NordLayer, NordPassSalary RangeGross Salary 1700-2500 EUR/monthWhat We OfferInnovate with industry leadersWork alongside global experts to build world-leading cybersecurity tools, impacting millions of users around the world.
