The Junior IT Recruiter will play a key role in supporting recruitment efforts, managing the full-life cycle recruitment process to fill IT and technical positions. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, maintaining candidate databases, collaborating with hiring managers to define recruitment needs, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience. Additionally, the role involves screening resumes to identify top talent and assisting with employer branding initiatives when required.QualificationsExperience with Full-life Cycle Recruiting and IT RecruitmentProficiency in Technical Recruiting and general Recruiting techniquesSkills in Hiring processes, including sourcing and screening candidatesStrong communication and organization skillsAbility to collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary teamsFamiliarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or similar recruitment tools is a plusBachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantageFluency in English; knowledge of French or other European languages is a plus
