Job Summary:The Junior IT Recruiter will play a crucial role in our recruitment process, helping us to identify and hire top-tier IT talent. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the recruitment process, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.Key Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality IT candidates.Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates.Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit.Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.Utilize Microsoft Office 365 Suite, particularly Excel, for data management and reporting.Reach out to potential candidates proactively and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the IT industry.Minimum Requirements:1+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in the IT industry.High proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, especially Excel.Proven experience in outbound candidate outreach and engagement.Advanced level of proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge of AI technologies, such as ChatGPT, and their applications in the recruitment process.
