The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting, maintaining, and enhancing our internal systems and applications.This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about IT systems, software development support, and backend operations within a dynamic, global fintech environment.We accept junior candidates with a support development background or a pure development background!What You’ll Do:Research and identify solutions to software issuesDiagnose and troubleshoot different bugs raised by the internal company’s staffTalk with personnel through a series of actions, either via phone, email, or chat, until the issue has been solvedProperly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teamsProvide prompt and accurate feedback to our internal customersRefer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutionsPrioritize and manage several open issues at one timeFollow up with internal clients to ensure on going tickets are up to dateDocument technical knowledge in the form of notes and manualsProactively identify and address potential production issues.Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure readiness for upcoming releases.Administer the company’s ticketing system and respond to staff requests in the agreed SLA, and log all IT support helpdesk calls in the ticket systemMonitor our systems by using monitoring toolsWhat We’re Looking For:University degree in Computer Science or a related fieldBasic experience with MS SQL for data querying and troubleshootingFamiliarity with MongoDB or other NoSQL databasesUnderstanding of APIs, web services, and microservices architectureSome experience using Postman for API testingExposure to enterprise or web-based applications supportFamiliarity with ITSM/Ticketing Systems (e.g., JIRA)Basic experience working with and reading logs (e.g., ElasticSearch)Exposure to RabbitMQ or other message brokers is a plusAny knowledge of SQL or programming will be considered an advantagePrevious internship or experience in a support-related role is a plusAbility to diagnose and resolve technical issues with guidanceStrong analytical and problem-solving mindsetGood verbal and written communication skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks under pressureCustomer-focused approach with a strong sense of ownershipBusiness fluency in EnglishWhy join IronFX?At IronFX, we don’t just offer jobs—we build careers.
