Job Description

Client Management:- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong, positive relationships.- Address client needs, concerns, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.- Regularly update clients on the status of ongoing projects and deliverables.- Gather feedback from clients to improve service delivery.Commercial Management:- Oversee all billing activities, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.- Manage contract renewals and negotiate commercial terms with clients and vendors.- Monitor project budgets and ensure they remain within scope and financial parameters.- Identify opportunities for additional services or upselling to clients.Project Timeline Management:- Collaborate with Business Analysts and Project Managers to define project timelines,milestones, and deliverables.- Track project progress and resolve any delays or bottlenecks, ensuring timely projectdelivery.- Ensure alignment between client expectations and internal team capabilities.Vendor Management:- Work closely with vendors to ensure that they meet quality standards, timelines, andbudgetary constraints.- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contract agreements with vendors.- Maintain a network of reliable vendors to ensure flexibility and quality in service delivery.Tender Proposal Preparation:- Lead the preparation of tender proposals and bids for new clients and projects.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather the necessary technical, financial, andoperational details.- Ensure proposals meet client requirements and are submitted within the specifieddeadlines.Additional Suggested Tasks:Internal Collaboration:- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and clientsatisfaction.- Regularly report to the Operations Manager on project statuses, client concerns, and teamperformance.Risk Management:- Identify and mitigate project risks related to timelines, costs, and quality.- Develop contingency plans and communicate them to clients and internal teams asneeded.Reporting & Documentation:- Prepare and deliver regular reports on project progress, budget status, and clientsatisfaction metrics.- Maintain accurate records of client communications, project timelines, and vendoragreements.Process Improvement:- Continuously review internal processes to identify areas for improvement in projectdelivery and client service.- Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and clientsatisfactionRequirements:-Must have Degree in related field.At least 2 to 3 years working experience
