We are looking for a motivated Junior Key Account Manager to join our team in Angola. The Key Account Manager plays a vital role in strengthening partnerships, optimizing daily operations, and identifying growth opportunities across the company’s ecosystem.Responsibilities:Managing relationships with existing key accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.Assisting in the development and implementation of account strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the business.Conducting regular client meetings to understand their needs and identify new opportunities for collaboration.Preparing reports on account activities, sales performance, and client feedback.Collaborating with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients.Working directly with partners to enhance business relationships and drive sales.Monitoring and analyzing account performance, preparing reports and actionable insights.Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in account management or a similar role, ideally within services, logistics, or technology sectors.Fluency in English and Portuguese (Upper-Intermediate level).Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and CRM systems.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs and operational data.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.Sales skills to effectively manage and grow accounts.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.If you are a proactive and customer-oriented professional looking to grow your career in account management, we encourage you to apply.
