Our compliance focus helps organisations reduce risk, improve performance and build ethical, inclusive workplaces.The roleAs a creative Learning Designer, you will design and maintain engaging online learning modules with a strong focus on UX/UI, video and graphic design.You’ll work within our Learning Development team to design and maintain courses that look great, feel intuitive and build capability for our clients and their employees.A major part of the role involves using authoring tools such as the Articulate 360 suite, video creation tools such as Vyond and other design software. You’ll also assist with production tasks, wireframes and UI components, and contribute to the ongoing publishing and maintenance of our e-learning library to ensure accuracy, consistency and accessibility. Key responsibilitiesDesign and build e-learning modules with strong UX/UICreate and edit video content for learningProduce high-quality graphics and layouts for digital courses and UI componentsSupport publishing with production, formatting and quality checksMaintain and update existing e-learning courses to ensure accuracy and consistencySupport the Marketing team with collateral design tasksContribute fresh design ideas to enhance learner engagementAssist with wireframes and UI design for digital products About youYou’re a digital designer with up to 5 years’ work experience.
