Junior Legal Counsel/Paralegal

My client is dynamic technology company specializing in semiconductor design and innovation. With a focus on high-performance, energy-efficient chips, the company is growing its R&D capabilities in Singapore. They are looking for a Paralegal / Junior Legal Counsel to support our in-house Legal & Compliance team.Key Responsibilities- Prepare, review, and manage simple contracts (e.g. NDAs, service and vendor agreements).- Track contract signing and filing; maintain legal records and templates.- Assist with company filings, corporate maintenance, and coordination with service providers.- Support compliance work (e.g. KYC, basic due diligence, and internal records).- Conduct simple legal research and translation between English and Chinese.- Provide general administrative and coordination support to the legal team.Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in law, preferably from a recognized Singapore university.- Strong command of English and Chinese to liaise with stakeholders in different regions.- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.- Good communication and teamwork skills.- Prior legal or paralegal experience is preferred but not required.- Familiar with common office software and basic AI tools.About UsDada Consultants was established in 2017, with the commitment of providing the best recruitment services in Singapore.
