These positions will play a critical role in maintaining accountability for Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) and Property (GFP), coordinating with ICE Field Offices, and ensuring compliance with federal asset management protocols.Primary Responsibilities:Maintain and update asset inventories in the Sunflower Asset Management System (SAMS)Support audits, transfers, shipping/receiving, and warehouse functionsAssist with field inventory corrections and equipment dispositionGenerate reports and support SOP validation and updatesProvide responsive user support and training on inventory processesCoordinate with Program Managers on system improvements and briefingsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution OR – 4 additional years of relevant logistics/inventory experienceMinimum 4 years of experience in logistics or asset managementProficiency in Microsoft Windows OS and Microsoft Office SuiteHands-on experience with SAMS or equivalent enterprise asset management systemsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative teamFamiliarity with law enforcement environments is highly desirablePreferred Qualifications:Project Management Professional (PMP)Previous DHS experience
