We’re looking for a Dutch-speaking Management Assistant who will work closely with our current Senior Management Assistant, primarily supporting Public Sector Tenders while also helping with a variety of daily tasks that keep our Advisory team running smoothly.This is your chance to step into a dynamic environment, learn from experienced colleagues, and grow your expertise in public procurement processes—all while contributing to projects that matter.What You’ll Do:Support Public Sector TendersAssist in analysing tender specifications and preparing documentation. Download and manage documents from the BOSA platform. Help finalise tenders: check spelling and layout, convert files to PDF, merge documents, arrange signatures via DocuSign, and upload to the platform. Be the Organisational BackboneCoordinate calendars for managers, directors, and partners. Schedule meetings, workshops, and client appointments—making sure every detail is covered. Act as a trusted point of contact for colleagues, clients, and suppliers. Prepare emails, invitations, and memos that make communication seamless. Risk & Quality Follow-UpMonitor compliance with internal Risk & Quality guidelines during tender preparation and administrative processes. Ensure all documentation meets company standards and regulatory requirements. Support the team in maintaining accurate records for audits and quality checks. Keep Things MovingSupport project teams with deadlines, documentation, and presentations. Organise travel and process expense claims. Help plan events, seminars, and team activities. Stay Ahead of the GameMaintain accurate archives and ensure confidentiality. Assist with research and internal initiatives. Spot opportunities to improve processes and make things more efficient. What We’re Looking For:Languages: Excellent Dutch, fluent English (our main working language), and good French. Skills: Proactive, structured, flexible, and stress-resistant. A true team player who can also work independently. Tech: Comfortable with MS Office, PDF tools. Bonus Points: Experience with tenders or public procurement and living in the Greater Antwerp area.
