With our first store opening in Spain, we’re excited to finally bring our concept to the public, showcasing our technology and defining the operational standard for future franchisees in EMEA, whilst delivering a next-generation experience to pizza-lovers across Madrid.We are recruiting a Junior Marketing Assistant to support our Marketing Manger in the many tasks that will ensure the successful commercial debut of PAZZI and the positive perception of our brand.Role DescriptionIn this role, you will work closely with our Marketing Manager and external agencies to ensure campaigns, partnerships, and community interactions run smoothly. Your contributions will help drive a successful market entry, strengthen our brand perception, and ensure our communications are consistent, engaging, and on track.This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience across community management, paid media operations, campaign coordination, and market research, in a fast-paced and innovative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOwned: Community Management & Paid mediaMonitor and reply to comments and reviews across usual platforms (IG / Tik Tok; Google Reviews, delivery apps...), supervise the FAQ and reply library, escalate service issues as neededContribute to content ideation with HQ / agency guidance (no content creation), schedule and publish approved contentAssist (support to HQ and strictly with HQ guidelines): Market research for the Madrid store: compile weekly snapshots of pricing, promotions, formats, and trends to support pricing and offers strategies;Publicity campaign: support our partner agencies in ideation and execution of our opening campaign; keep calendars and checklists on track; route assets for approval; coordinate on-site activations (no content creation)Offers and menu updates: implement offers/prices across menus, QR, website, and delivery apps; keep a change log updated; support the marketing manager in developing upcoming offersLocal partnerships: help activate collaborations with universities and other local entitiesCompliance / Brand guardrailsFollow brand voice and approvals: no original concepts (agencies will supply creative - you'll adapt and schedule)Respect GDPR in community replies and data handling: use approved UTM / pixel conventionsNo vendor sourcing, no pricing / brand strategy decisionTool Stack you'll useFigma (advanced: components, Auto Layout, exports...)Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads ManagerMeta Business Suite, Tik TokGoogle Business profile, GA4Delivery platforms back office (Uber, Glove, Just eat...)Google Sheets, Powerpoint, MS TeamsAsana / TrelloQualifications Education: degree in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations (Publicised y RR.PP.), Digital Communication / Communication (Comunicacíon / Comunicacíon Digital) or Digital Design & MultimediaRelevant focus (depending on your background): marketing: offers/pricing, campaigns, and channel operations; advertising and PR: content calendars, community tone, and agency coordination; communication: social platforms fluency, reviews, and engagement; digital design: advanced use of preferably Figma (components, Auto Layout, clean exports) or other design software, creative adaptation.Experience: a year or more in a role community management, social/paid activation, marketing operations... Internship experience is especially relevant if it includes ownership of communication channels, or marketing campaigns.
