Our work blends storytelling, content, and strategy to connect ideas with impact.We’re looking for a Junior Marketing Manager who’s organized, creative, and ready to learn. This role supports our client accounts by managing content calendars, coordinating projects, writing blogs, and keeping campaigns running smoothly.What You’ll DoManage and maintain content calendars across multiple client accounts.Draft and schedule social media posts with provided graphic and video assets.Write compelling blog articles and assist with website content updates.Track and report analytics to clients, highlighting key metrics and trends.Collaborate with our graphic designer and leadership to ensure deadlines are met.Coordinate between clients and internal team members for project organization.Stay current on marketing trends and bring creative ideas to team discussions.What You Bring2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail and brand voice.Experience managing content calendars and social platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube).Working knowledge of analytics tools like Meta Insights, Google Analytics, or similar.Excellent organization and time management skills — you can juggle multiple projects.A self-starter mindset and desire to grow in a small, fast-paced environment.Bonus Skills (Not Required but Valued)Experience in Mailchimp, WordPress, or Google Ads.Familiarity with video editing or short-form content creation.Interest in mental health, public health, or firearms culture (a plus, not required).What We OfferHybrid work flexibility.Two weeks of Paid time off and holidays.Opportunity to contribute to meaningful, mission-driven campaigns.A supportive team that values creativity, balance, and growth.
