With a cutting-edge digital portfolio and a mission of Equal Healthcare for All™, we help drive industry progress and bold change.Job ResponsibilitiesSupport execution of the integrated marketing plan through campaigns, digital communications, events, and lead generation initiatives to increase pipeline and brand awareness, majority for the DACH market.Work with external agencies to drive the content and campaign calendar, translate internal product information to messaging ready content to be used by external agencies and monitor joint KPIs.Create, edit, and localize marketing content in English and German (web, email, social, ads, collateral), ensuring company brand consistency and compliance.Coordinate content planning and manage websites/CMS publish blog posts, landing pages, and resources, created centrally executed in the DACH market.Run basic marketing automation and CRM activities (segmentation, email campaigns, lead nurturing) in alignment with Go-to-Market plans.Support social media management, newsletters, and visual material production in collaboration with design and product teams and external partners.Coordinate event logistics and participation in key congresses for the DACH market and support main European conferences (e.g., ECR, ESTRO, SNMMI), including pre/post-campaigns and lead capture and ROI analysis.Conduct market analysis and audience insights; translate findings into campaign strategies, calendars, and content roadmaps.Track SEO/SEA and analytics; prepare regular performance reports and improvement recommendations.Assist with digital advertising operations (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) and monitor performance.Collaborate closely with sales, product management, and medical affairs to align messaging on global/ European level and drive lead-to-opportunity conversion locally.Perform additional tasks assigned by supervisors.This role will be based in the Head quarters in Rotterdam and dedicated to the Dach market. Qualification RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, (Bio)Medical Sciences, or a related field.0–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in B2B or healthcare/MedTech industry.Strong writing and editing skills in German and English.Strong data analysis and basic project management skills with excellence in execution.Basic knowledge of marketing automation, CRM, and digital advertising (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads).Experience with content planning, email marketing, newsletters, and CMS.Working knowledge of SEO, SEA, analytics, and lead nurturing.Affinity with medical imaging, AI in healthcare, and clinical workflows.Understanding of how marketing integrates with sales, product management, and medical affairs in MedTech.Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills; detail-oriented and collaborative.Combination of analytical and creative thinking; comfortable in a technical, international, and fast-paced environment.Willingness to travel for industry congresses or customer events, especially in the DACH region.Fluency in English; German proficiency required.
