We lead where medicine is going and need innovators with an unwavering commitment to results.Join us in developing treatments, finding cures, and pioneering the path from lab to life while championing patients every step of the way.Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/innovative-medicineRole PurposeThe Medical Science Liaison (MSL) – Oncology is responsible for building strategic scientific relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) to facilitate the exchange of medical knowledge, support informed clinical decisions, and provide key insights that contribute to the company’s medical strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish trusted relationships with oncology specialists and key opinion leaders (KOLs).Clearly communicate the value of innovative treatments (efficacy, safety, adherence, quality of life).Prepare the medical environment for product launches, including early access programs and medical education.Identify barriers to the adoption of new therapies and support behavioral change in clinical practice.Respond to scientific inquiries from HCPs, investigators, and healthcare decision-makers.Translate scientific evidence into real-world clinical practice.Identify and support potential clinical trial sites in coordination with the medical team.Organize and execute field-based educational events on key and upcoming products.Gather field insights on clinical needs, treatment trends, competitors, and opportunities.Design and implement a territory and KOL engagement plan aligned with the medical strategy.RequirementsDegree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related health sciences.Strong scientific knowledge and ability to interpret clinical data.Previous experience is not required for this role; however, postgraduate studies or specializations related to oncology will be considered an advantage.Excellent communication skills to be accepted by Leading Specialists in peer-to-peer relationship.Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).Proficiency with digital tools and platforms for remote work and data management.Position DetailsLocation: Bogotá (field-based with regular visits to healthcare institutions).Travel Availability: Up to 40% (National and International)Driver’s License: Required
