Junior–Mid Product Manager

We partner with healthcare providers across dental, optical, beauty, and other sectors.About the RoleAs a Product Manager (Junior–Mid), you’ll drive features end-to-end: discovery, planning, delivery, and measurement. You’ll turn ambiguous problems into clear PRDs and measurable outcomes, use AI tools (Figma/FigJam, Make/automation, ChatGPT/Gemini) to move faster, and ensure every decision is backed by data. You will also own data collection efforts—from tracking specs to validating dashboards.What You’ll DoDiscovery → Delivery: Gather requirements, meet stakeholders (partners & internal), draft PRDs, produce quick mockups/wireframes (Figma), define acceptance/test criteria, run UAT, guide implementation, and manage rollouts/training.Backlog & execution: Maintain a clear, prioritized backlog; write user stories; run short, effective rituals; coordinate with Eng/Design to ship iterative releases.Data first: Define success metrics; specify tracking events; ensure accurate dashboards (GA4/Looker/Metabase); monitor post-launch performance and alerts.Quality & experimentation: Plan releases, write release notes, run experiments/A-B tests when appropriate, and drive regression checks.Stakeholder management: Provide concise updates, surface risks early, align BD/Partners, Ops, CS, Compliance, and Engineering.Process & docs: Keep decision logs, lightweight READMEs, and post-launch reviews to capture learnings.What We’re Looking For0–3 years in Product or adjacent roles (BA, Ops, QA, Growth).
